They would just divert the guns from Project Cassandra weapon stockpiles. They already have have the rat line smuggling infrastructure in place to smuggle weapons and drugs to the middle east. Ukraine is close enough.
Or maybe Hunter Biden could call up his Ukrainian frens to get the weapons there- but he may need to give "the big guy" a cut.
