They can be fines if any official information is covered up. Like state seal, digital readouts etc..

But not for vandalism due to a sticker that is not covering those things.

So, if I don’t like a particular gas station business, I can continually go to that business, obscure their “official seals/signs to cause them fines and financial harm? Interesting scenario.
