I don’t believe for a second that it was all based on hope. They knew exactly what rust injection was going to do and wanted as many people as possible injected. They’re trying to change guide the perception to make them seem like they were so compassionate albeit incompetent, therefore they should be punished for crimes against humanity. Filthy demons
