God bless you for helping him. I don't know Canadian law, but I do know you have something akin to the US Constitution - the charter of rights, or something like that. This is an American attorney. He may be able to poin
t you to a local Canadian attorney who might be able to help you.
Hospitals are NOT prisons. People (patients) have rights. In the US, each hospital has a patient advocate called an ombudsman. Perhaps you could see if Canadian hospitals do as well and enlist that person to help.
He's still alive, fren, there is hope. We must take things one day at a time. Continued prayers for Gerald. May God watch over him and send healing his way.
I am glad the hospital's phone is ringing off the hook. Maybe the ICU docs and nurses will wake up from their malaise and realize the game is over. They will be held accountable in this life or the next. NCSWIC for them. Justice one way or another.
If they have medically determined he is terminal, and he doesn't require a vent, you can have family medically discharge him, then give him HCQ, IVM, and Vit D, C, and Zinc along with Quercetin at home.
Try to do something. Try to find a way to call him, or find some family member who can get you in to the ward. Write him a letter and hand deliver it as close to him as you can. Try to find a Christian nurse who could help you out.
Pray about it and seek options. Do the best you can!
I know in the US you can get people home on hospice. Not sure if you can do that there but if we pray and we ask, maybe God will work through this. Lord God, we pray for a miracle for this friend. I know that we are entering into a season of miracles, so dispose one early and show your love for this dear friend who is being taken advantage of. I
I am so sorry about Gerald and hope he makes it through. The hospital does not have to allow anyone in unless they are related so I dont know if there is anything you can legally do. When you called did you mention you know the hospital kills people with Remdesivir and then the ventilator and if he dies you will have this looked into by the police. By the way you are not too far from me I am on Manitoulin Island, Little Current.
I lived this first hand. Patient has no rights. Family has no rights. They tied my wife to the bed and said they were giving her experimental drugs after the fact. They took 16 days to kill her. You have no rights or visitation.
Very sorry to hear that - He will be in our prayers...

Ombudsmen even if you can get them to do something take months. Gerald would be dead by then.

Prayers for Gerald Roy. 🙏🏻
You might try an attorney that specializes in elder abuse.
Bastards fucking love that blood money don't they. These hospital admins still walk the streets without a care in the world.
They're not happy about us not letting them kill someone? Says all we need to know.

Best thing that anyone could do is witness to him. Try to find a way to do this if you haven't already OP.

OP, I said a prayer for your friend, Gerald, and again just as I read your post. I will continue to keep him in my (very long) prayer list of people
🙏
Lord hear our prayers for this man and those who have tried to help him, Amen.
They are murdering him. Crimes against humanity.
