I have written up the critique elsewhere on Patriots(dot)win, but I wanted to get some feedback from you all, so I posted it here:
I have been stewing on this defeat for a couple days and I have some actual constructive feedback and critique to explain this loss:
From the feedback on the ground and what I have read online, there are two major points of weakness that have doomed our efforts to rid ourselves of Crenshaw:
1.) Assuming that every Texan voting in the primary is up to date on Crenshaw and his corrupt dealings.
I have noticed that there is a general feeling on Patriots(dot)win that everyone just assumed that Texans knew about Crenshaw's crimes and will act accordingly, without bothering to check to make sure that assumption is correct outside our little corner of the Internet. However, word on the ground is that virtually everyone voting does not know of Crenshaw's crimes, his WEF connections, etc. They all think that he is a just and honorable SEAL veteran and have acted accordingly.
The lesson here is that we cannot and should not ASSUME that what we know here in our little corner of the internet is common knowledge amongst the voting population. Gather intel on the ground to see what the people really think and work with the data you obtain then.
2.) Not having a concrete campaigning strategy beyond "getting rid of Crenshaw"
From what I have observed and gathered, we MAGA-men did not field a worthy candidate to take on Crenshaw, nor did we endorse a current candidate. If I give a normie the voting ballot and tell them to not pick Crenshaw, they will ask "which one: Ellis, Etwop, or Langella?" We have set ourselves up for a split vote by not choosing a specific candidate to endorse and run with it. In addition, from what I have heard, the three competing candidates did not really campaign well nor did they get their name out there in full force. I never really heard about those three candidates until the results comes in and that shows how weak the campaigning is.
The lesson here is that we need to be a lot more proactive in our campaigning strategy: instead of voting to get of Crenshaw and leaving at that, we should endorse or field a candidate and make sure his or her name really get out there. Turn every event that they participate in into a MAGA rally and make his face known everywhere on Patriots(dot)win and beyond.
But what about the rigging and cheating?
It is not outside the realm of possibility that rigging and cheating has occurred. HOWEVER, unless you have explicit proof that cheating has occurred in this particular race, with the ratios that I am seeing in the results, poor campaigning efforts might be the actual culprit and that rigging is just an excuse for poor campaigning.
We must not let suspicions of cheating and rigging become just another stupid and lame excuse for laziness and poor campaigning efforts, or else we look like the leftards who cry soy tears every time they don't get our way.
But why won't Trump endorse a candidate?
The more likely scenario is that none of the candidates ASKED TRUMP for an endorsement. I have listened to Trump's rally speeches and he does stories of how he endorses people. It all started with the candidate asking Trump for an endorsement. A simple email or video would be enough to get the process started. It also does speak to the poor campaigning efforts of the candidates if it never occurred to them to ask Trump for an endorsement.
LAST POINT I WANT TO MAKE: Do not let these losses paralyze you with defeatism and excuse making. Take these losses, learn from them what you have done wrong, and use the lessons for a victory down the road. It is how you grow.
I would also like to add in a bit of feedback from some of the commenters from then:
Excellent write up. some points. the EGOP is fighting against MAGA tooth and nail... they have money and lawyers and consultants... they can get Crenshaw on the National news in 30 minutes if they want. Defeating him is no easy thing. it is CRITICAL that MAGA bring forth only ONE CANDIDATE IN EACH PRIMARY... and that CANDIDATE HAS TO RISE EARLY... at least one year from the PRIMARY. MAGA REQUIRES A POLITICAL CAMPAIGN TOO! This is not some easy game where a few words and 'the correct philosophy' is going to win elections'. Mailers, phone banks, polling, etc... MONEY... the hard work of campaigning must be done. Just because we want America First... does not mean every VOTER KNOWS THAT... or that every NORMIE Voter knows what MAGA is. It is going to take time. Years... I suggest everyone move to Precinct Delegate Positions... FLOOD THE STATE PARTY with MAGA !!!! Vote out the EGOP... take the power. It is just sitting there in front of us.
The lack of honest Republican candidates is a real problem, and one of the many reasons Democrats win so much. It is just as important as stopping voter fraud. What good does it do to stop voter fraud if there's no one to vote for?
