Couldn’t have said it better myself. And I try to say it better myself, to both of my left and right leaning friends, to no avail.

I swear talking to normie partisan friends with their “George Bush war for oil” and “Obama’s war on saying Merry Christmas” talking points is like stepping back in time. I used to fall for the partisan squabbling but it’s hard not to see how fake it is ever since Trump and Q came along, and I can’t fathom how normies are still living in that political world.

When my leftist friend announced he was angry at Biden and really respected people on the right like Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell I just about died laughing.
