Keep in mind that the intentional culture in D.C. has been this... if you want power positions in the Government you MUST BE COMPROMISED via some form of absolute blackmail. Otherwise you will be a short term visitor.

If you want to be in the top ranks and have staying power you MUST be "INTIATED" and I think we all know what that means.
