I think we should consider de-listing this narrative, as juicy as it seems on the surface. These appear to be bog-standard bond de-listing forms. Check it out for yourself on sec.gov, search for form 25:
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&CIK=&type=25&owner=include&count=40&action=getcurrent
Keep in mind, these search results are for filings made TODAY.
Here's an example of one similar to Pfizer's, with a similar product (note expiring in 2022):
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1075531/000135445722000175/xslF25X02/primary_doc.xml
I would bet this is the product being referred to in the Pfizer filing:

Here are OLDER version of the same type of filing made by Pfizer (search for 25-NSE):

Check out these:

Mods: I would go as far as to police this narrative as it undermines us to have it floating around. Anyone wanna double check me?
So how significant is this given that the description of the security class is "0.25% Notes due 2022"?

That'd be some bonds right? Wouldn't these sorts of forms be filed all the time as different debt products were issued and eventually de-listed?

Option two there states:
"The entire class of the security has been redeemed or paid at maturity or retirement."
I'm gonna try and dig out another company that has filed a form like this. Feels like it should be extremely common...
So Pfizer appeared to have foreknowledge that promoting the genocide jab would require them to delist themselves.
yes that what it appears to me to,..theres a kinda 4 year lapse, from March 2018-March 2022,.something doesnt smell right,..?
This is a something burger, yes. They will pull the rug and run with their cash.
No, it's a nothingburger, see my posts in same thread.
yes but in the eyes of the people ,wouldnt that make them look totally guilty,( they already are by the way) .to just shut up shop, so to speak and run off with the money,..like it was just all about the money and nothing to do with your health,.
I mean, they have full immunity, so why do they care? Take the money and run... they know how to escape and never be found again.
Stop, I can only get so erect.
Winter Vagina bad. Spring Penis good.
Many on the board on an earlier post day it's nothing and stock has gone up.
Would delisting protect them in any way from lawsuits with financial settlements.
Everything looks normal for PFE on my trading platform, and nothing mentioned in the news section for the company.
What Is SEC Form 25?
SEC Form 25 is the document a public company must file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to delist its securities under Rule 12d2-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
The company must issue a press release and post notice on its website of its intention to delist no fewer than 10 days before delisting becomes effective under Rule 12d2-2. The delisting will become effective 10 days after Form 25 has been filed with the SEC and most reporting obligations are suspended on that date. However, the actual termination of registration under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act does not occur until 90 days after the delisting takes effect.
It says that:( The company must issue a press release and post notice on its website of its intention to delist no fewer than 10 days before delisting becomes effective under Rule 12d2-2. The delisting will become effective 10 days after Form 25 has been filed with the SEC and most reporting obligations are suspended on that date.
