I think we should consider de-listing this narrative, as juicy as it seems on the surface. These appear to be bog-standard bond de-listing forms. Check it out for yourself on sec.gov, search for form 25:
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&CIK=&type=25&owner=include&count=40&action=getcurrent
Keep in mind, these search results are for filings made TODAY.
Here's an example of one similar to Pfizer's, with a similar product (note expiring in 2022):

I would bet this is the product being referred to in the Pfizer filing:
https://markets.businessinsider.com/bonds/pfizer_incdl-notes_201919-22-bond-2022-us717081er06
Here are OLDER version of the same type of filing made by Pfizer (search for 25-NSE):
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=78003&owner=exclude
Check out these:

Mods: I would go as far as to police this narrative as it undermines us to have it floating around. Anyone wanna double check me?
