I haven't watched Mr. Brand but this clip seems deceptive to me. In my perspective mr. brand seems to be genuinely spitballing looking for good alternatives to a vast complex issue that no one has solved and most of us are prone to slipping up with a few misguided good intentions. It sounds like he suggested a United States but of the World where each are individually governed but can unite under a unified cause. Easy to claim he is NWO considering his connections. I think it's hard to believe so many people are in the club and the only real way to judge someone's alignment is to hear them talk about their love of Jesus and I haven't heard brand talk about this.
