Recipe is easy: 4 eggs, 50cl of coconut milk/cream. Mix it. Add whatever you want (fruits&sugar or bacon&olives)… 👉🏻oven 320 Fanrenheit for around an hour then stop the oven and do not open it until it’s cool.
Fresh cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, onion, garlic and beef broth. Put into skillet or pot and boil down to consistency that you like to eat it at. I use about a cup of broth. And as much veggies as I want to add to the mix. George loves it. Sometimes I will add a diced up pork chop or pork steak in it to make a complete meal. Bon appet'it.
Went for a walk in the rain last night.. not intentionally so, but was prepared for it to happen if it did. Everything was quiet and the foliage of gardens and parks mixed with the rain smelled wonderful. Said Hi to a bunch of construction workers doing roadwork under the lights in the rain, very amiable and hard working people doing a nasty shift.. and let them know they were appreciated.
You should always make time to go outside every day, rain, hail or shine. Its calming, the exercise is always good, its an immune system booster, and a break from actively ruminating and thinking things through and discussions lets your mind catch up on other housekeeping, memory formation, stress relief, and much else besides. And then you sleep much better too.
There are times when I get completely over saturated. I don't watch TV news but I read a lot. I HAVE to take breaks. That's when my being can't tolerate anything that deals with the news.
I'll do something creative like make some jewelry or revisit my vintage stuff, bake, go to the park with my dog, etc. I have to remind myself that most people are good. That planet earth is beautiful. I never get tired of watching nature in action.
Excellent advice, just as I was getting ready to take a walk.
No we are not meant to. I think today would be a good day for me to start clearing out some flower beds. Amen.
…and I invented an eggplant coconut cream-based custard tart… Lent: I cook mostly vegan stuff but who said it had to be boring and uninnovative?
Sorry. I never was a big fan of eggplant. George is; but not me. But the coconut cream custard sounds like what I put in my coconut cream pie. YUMMY!

You da man.
Wonderful.
I also have a recipe for a yummy veggie stir fry.

I so needed this today. Thank you for sharing this.
I’ve been doing this. Then I see the chem trails and I start cussing at them.
