They do have the right to be morbidly obese.

..Probably shouldn't pay doctors to have their backs that it's healthy though.

It's really weird too. It's never just, like..chubby, slightly overweight people that have a good frame on them still. It's always 600 pound "I ate my mattress because I'm retarded: This Episode of TLC!" types.
