This looks like one of those absurd memes from OccupyDemocrats on Twitter. My favorite one of theirs was a 30 year old photo of Trump and his daughter Ivanka with an obviously 'shopped Epstein next to them, taken from a more recent photo. Apparently Epstein is the Time Travelling Hipster and Ivanka is actually some trafficked girl. Geniuses.
