By his own admission, Hawley had 'concerns' about her when he voted 'yes' on her current appointment. Based on that and some other uniparty tendencies he's demonstrated, I think he's grandstanding.

Full Disclosure: He's one of my senators.

I didn't know Hawley voted yes on her appointment to the DC circuit. I'd ask why he didn't talk about this previously, but I know the answer. Thank you for educating me 😊
