Hey all, after watching this video on Sunday morning I've had some serious time thinking about this... Now who's to say this video isn't fake or not? It could be true but I think it's time we start backing up these sources?

Yeah this could be real and I'll be looking more into it that's for sure. I'm already taking better care of my health but there's always room for improvement you know.

Heck I even make homemade dog food for my pup or I go to all natural doggie store :) But my point is always backup what you find and read.
