Most on the Intelligence Committee are absolutely an oximoron. Schiff like the other demoncraps and rinos on that committee can never tell the truth about anything, another committee member was dorking a Chinese spy, another Senator had a Chinese spy as a chauffeur for over 20 years (wait, what?). I am sure it was all known by the alphabet agencies and they just covered it all up and ignored it.
