Someone posted Hunter's back tattoo w/ Finger Lakes. And "submarines" have been suggested. But, even if roadways were used from Canadian to the Finger Lakes, perhaps this is their Northern "supply line" - Drugs/Money/Kids/Assets/etc.

This bothers me.. this is the area in which I grew up.
While the deepest part of Cayuga Lake is over 400 feet, and Seneca is 600 feet, it is not deep enough for the entire lengths to accommodate a submarine. I would say a Submarine could make it to Sodus Point from the Great Lakes, then ground transportation would have be used from there. This area of New York is sparsely populated. You could drive a truck full of kids on that route without any problems.
Same, beautiful New York State has been under siege for a long long time.
