Buy yourself a King James Bible and read it. Accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and get an eternal life in the kingdom of God. If you need help with how to go about this, message me. God will give you peace of mind - a valuable commodity in this troubled world. God bless you.
I believe the answer is more complex that that. There are emotional, physiological and spiritual components to anxiety. Yes, spiritual disciplines are critical, but that doesn't negate the need to take care of your body and to understand your emotional response and how to manage it.
I know that most people who say, "Read your Bible" are doing so with good intent, but I think a lot of folks use that as a complete answer. I do not believe it is. The Bible deals with physical health and emotional health, so in the very least - it should be to read the Word and learn to apply the whole message to your life. This will affect prayer, worship, fellowship, treating the body as a temple unto the Lord (exercise and nutrition), understanding the purpose and meaning of dietary laws, etc.
"Read the Bible" as a complete answer fails on its face.

Thats because it is. It’s not normal to have worry, anxiety, fear etc etc
A son of God doesn’t get affected by the physical world

Bible thumpers have no wisdom either. All intellect. One must forgive and be removed from our anger, that is the only true way
