Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of the camouflage?
The purpose of this particular image I'd hazard to guess is not to employ effective camouflage (not that desert-type shading would be of any value at all in a ukrainian winter) but to message out the Punisher to those watching who understand the meaning.
