Why would you wear camouflage outfit along with a black helmet, black head gear and black vest?

Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of the camouflage?

The purpose of this particular image I'd hazard to guess is not to employ effective camouflage (not that desert-type shading would be of any value at all in a ukrainian winter) but to message out the Punisher to those watching who understand the meaning.
