I'm reading through the filing and on page 6 it states that;

"The deception, malice, and treachery perpetrated by the Defendants has caused significant harm to the American people, and to the Plaintiff, Donald J. Trump, and they must be held accountable for their heinous acts."

Question; As We, The American People incurred and suffered harm from these acts, does this mean we, too can file a class action lawsuit against the defendants? Comments, thought?
