Don't buy the bullshit about cholesterol being bad for you, neither LDL nor HDL is the root problem of heart problems, and even if it was dietary cholesterol has little to do with your body's cholesterol levels.
What gets me people are freaked out when they get cholesterol test results. Yet, they keep eating foods with canola oil & palm oil. The American Heart Association started the campaign, use canola oil. They were (maybe still) funded by the companies that make the bad food.
After you research canola oil look palm oil. It’s in just about every processed food. Even foods claiming to be healthy. You will find pros & cons. Palm oil production is destroying the places it grows. (I’m not a tree hugger but I do respect this planet & we should do better.) From my research it raises Cholesterol and contributes to fat in the body. You can find just as many articles saying Palm Oil is good for you. In the end it’s a personal choice.
I’ve been reading food labels since 2013 in an attempt to watch out for toxic ingredients. USA, FDA food industry is corrupt. The food companies are owned by ten ti twenty major corporations. Even most “healthy” companies are owned by toxic companies. It’s not against the law for the food to say things like “healthy” “gluten free” etc. They put gluten free on food that would not have gluten. Of course it’s gluten free. My favorite is Organic. In America a food can be 10% organic and have the FDA organic label.
Research all the ingredients banned in Europe vs banned in America. I know Europe has its problems! They are fighting toxic ingredients in food & cosmetics. So is Australia.
They didn’t just start trying to kill the masses in 2020 with Covid!
Palm Oil Consumption Increases LDL Cholesterol Compared with Vegetable Oils Low in Saturated Fat in a Meta-Analysis of Clinical Trials
I’ve never worried about my cholesterol. The doctor once put me on prescription for it back in the 90s. Major side effect is joint pain. At that time I didn’t have arthritis, I was in my late 20s. After taking RX I couldn’t open a water bottle. A few years ago my current doctor prescribed cholesterol RX & didn’t tell me. I picked up RX & discover it. I advised her I wasn’t taking the medicine. She should have known I couldn’t take it. I have arthritis & osteoarthritis. I don’t need to take anything to make my joints hurt.
Even if your doctor isn’t getting big kick backs they don’t research your chart to see if you can take RX. Even a pharmacist will tell you about drug interactions.
I apologize this is so long. I don’t have many pet peeve’s. This subject makes me mad!
Straight on. You may be interested in the YouTube channel, "What I've Learned." I'm sure some of his videos are overlapping your existing knowledge, but you may find some topics that you weren't familiar with.
Yeah this guy's on my honey nut cheerios promoting heart health while ironically tweeting about going out and getting your jab.

Just another reason not to trust doctors!
