While mingling in a small gathering of refugees, Biden suddenly scooped up the girl held held her closely to his chest and looked her in the eyes and started talking to her. Of course she speaks Ukrainian not English, so she had no idea what he was saying. But he was enamored with her and said he wanted to take her home with him.

He even took a goddamn selfie. Creepy as fuck, but 100% not surprising.

I can remember being an 8 year old girl and I would have never allowed myself to be scooped up by a strange old man, as if I was a toddler.
