They wouldnt need it, the idea is that it's hidden from view but not from everybody noticing. Is it am Ankle monitor that it is hiding g or does it signify they have been crippled and rendered ineffective. How do these images make it into our site? It's not just anons researching, shit is getting pushed and it always reveals something.
