Its crap that they wont prosecute. Pretty much says if they cant catch all of them, it would be unfair to go after any of them.

That logic is working its way to the SCOTUS right now. Its easier now with the i ternet to be a pedo, so they think we should lower the penalty for it. Or we should just prosecute more pedos.
