HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOU'VE GOT 'THEM'!

This is a quick and simple way to find out if you've got parasites.

Acquire these items at the store:

~Shish-ke-bob Natural Bamboo wooden skewers ($2.00 at the grocery for 100)

~2 medium size or one large PAPAYA

~Magnesium Oxide capsules 400 mg

~Ingredients to make a giant pot of homemade vegetable soup, cabbage soup, or other brothy soup. (Big enough for many days).

~Fruits of your choice that may help you flush out your gut. My faves for this exercise are watermelon, pineapple, and papaya.

TO START:

-If not fully ripe, put PAPAYA in a paper bag and set on your counter for a few days until skin turns golden with hints of pink and is soft when pressed. When ripe, cut open and scoop out the fresh black seeds in their natural state (no rinsing needed) and put in a tupperware in the fridge. One Papaya will give you enough seeds for the week. Scoop out the delicious flesh of the fruit and set in separate tupperware for eating later. Throw skin away.

-Make your Giant Pot of Soup and put in containers in the fridge for eating later.

-Cut up your other fresh fruit of choice and put in containers in your fridge. Make enough for several days.

DIRECTIONS:

-The key is to try to eat primarily a watery, fiber-rich soup all day long for several days to make sure you eliminate a soft, watery bowel movement at least once a day. Adding a bowl of two of fresh fruit each day will keep your blood sugar stable and keep you hydrated also.

-Take a teaspoonful of papaya seeds (PARASITE KILLER) at least 2-3 times per day and chew them up and swallow them. They taste like a cross between black pepper and horseradish. Drink plenty of water afterwards.

-Take two Magnesiums each night to assist in speeding and softening your elimination, which is the goal right now. Side bonus - Magnesium will help you sleep.

CHALLENGE:

-The next time you do a bowel movement, YOU MUST LOOK AT WHAT CAME OUT and run your bamboo skewer through it to separate out anything suspicious.

-This is very important. The bamboo skewer is the perfect size to drag through your elimination and see what you can find without getting your hands dirty. Throw it away afterwards, of course.

-If you have a parasite, you will find multiple stringy, worm-like items in your poo. They will not be alive, nor move. They can be thinner than a human hair, or as thick as a gummy bear, depending upon species and age. They may be 1/4 inch long or 6 inches or more long. Cull through to the sides of your toilet bowl to see what you've found and take a photo.

-Repeat this for at least a week. If lots and lots come out, keep going. Also, there are other anti-parasite herbs and meds you can add to speed up the process.

• Keep going until you see no more of these unwanted invaders.

another anti parasite is albendazole. I discovered it in the comment section of an anti parasite cleanse tiktok using all these really disgusting methods to get rid of them and thousands of Malaysian people commented "why are you doing this? just take Zentel (albendazole)" and commenting how they take it once a month. I would also imagine African countries regularly take anti parasites and notably their cancer rate is the lowest in the world.

I also eat the entire apple. But but muh cyanide...

I used black walnut shells that were crushed up in enc caps I bought them at Amazon.

I used to be starving all the time it would be like something was hitting the inside of my stomach. since taking the anti-parasite pills my feeling is totally gone and I am no longer starving all the time.

There were dark circles under my eyes those are gone and so is my depression.

Next I will order ivermectin and do a round of that to cleanse everything that’s left.
