Just got the best message in church this morning. Remember frens, Ephesians 6:11-12
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
It is important to remember that we should not be asking God to fix these worldly issues. We should pray that God gives us the strength, courage, and discernment to don the whole armour of God. Remember, we have already won! Not because Q said so, but because God does. In the end, God will rid the world of this wickedness, but until then, we have to live with it and we need to strengthen ourselves. We need to show our children, spouses, family and friends that WE are the ones to look to in times of despair, because of the strength that has been given to us from Jesus Christ our Lord. I know I don’t always feel strong, and today I woke up feeling so weak; but after this service, I am feeling ALIVE and ready to be the example God requires me to be.
Have a blessed Palm Sunday, and make sure you thank God for the sacrifices He made for us all.
