I don't ha e a website at hand to point you to. But 99% of the time that you see the letters O and C in an acronym for the military, it will stand for Operations Commands. The prefix will tell you more about who is involved.
JSOC- Joint Special Operations Command AFSOC- Air Force Special Operations Command SFOD-D - Special Forces Operational Detachment/ Delta. Commonly referred to by those with limited knowledge as "Delta Force" SOCOM- Special Operations Command. OPSEC- Operation Security, think: "Loose lips sink ships"
Also there is: CENTCOM AFCOM Etc. These are different operational commands based on geographic region. CENTCOM is the middle east area, AFCOM is the african continent. Heres a link that explains this more. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unified_combatant_command
Hope this helps you a bit. You can garher a lot more info from press releases and news articles if you know what the acronyms are.
Sauce- memory from time spent serving.
Also, CONUS - CONtinental US (aka the lower 48 in the USA
