Well I certainly hope so. But as I am pushing 70 years of age I may or may not be here to the end at the rate we are going.

Yes you will be. Just take vitamin D C and B12 + multivitamins. I am sick with big nasal polyps and gluten free and big allergies. I was sick on being sick and started again doing research which I always do, but God always help me finding the answers I need. I found a lady commenting about the same issues I have and she wrote that taking a lot of vitamin c (ascórbic acid)daily helps to get rid of all diseases and other expert also talked about vitamin D3 magnesium Zinc. I do not take medications because it destroys my liver. Just consult with doctors and you will see results. I am getting better with 50,000 units (vitamin d) per week + organic multivitamins daily but I think I will take more if it is possible. Love to all and God bless.

taking a tbsp of raw unfiltered honey right at bedtime has many benefits, being described in many recent articles...one of the benefits is that the liver can do its repair work at night while we are sleeping/fasting...raw unfiltered is the way to go, IMO...
