I did that, and my daughter is now 25, healthy and a beautiful person in and out...and it all happened with minimal support from her dad even when we were married. I also took her out of school early in 7th grade.

Even so, she got into college and aced it for 3 weeks...and then decided it wasn't for her. Independent, free thinking problem solvers don't usually emerge from 'the system.'

So thanks for the tribute to stay at home Moms. It's important work, and one of the most demanding missions we Humans face.
