Yes thats what I understand too; but it looks like the meme above is saying Twitter shares are 25 when the market has them up to 45 in reality. So I am confused?

He's saying that Twitter could end up tanking due to the feud with Musk, which would bring the price down to 25 bucks and would make Twitter obligated to sell to uphold their fiduciary duty
