Xi Ping made a speech in which he threatened japan with many atomic bombs already.Propaganda is their life in asian nations.The Koreas send propaganda to each other regularly. No good panicking the "normes". Give it a rest please Soviet Union did NOT use nuclear weapons during the Oct 1962 "missle crisis". it was super tense then with a very real threat of its manifestation.........I know as I was picked up from elemetary schooll to go home That threat was real. This is just that ukranian running his mouth and this encourages it.

Yes no nukes were use by either side in the Cuban Missile Crisis but it was a very close call. The only reason it didn't was because of Vasili Arkhipov, second in command on a Foxtrot sub. He and he alone was the only reason the sub didn't launch a nuclear torpedo. There is a lot of info about this unsung hero but here's some sauce.
