Why don't you stop being so dismissive, 'pal'. I don't need to 'get my theories straight'. You have failed to notice an OBVIOUS PATTERN that occured that was far outside the norm. What created it? What preceded it? Use your logic.
Why would veteran officers who somehow managed to stay alive and get through their job and their lives for years, some almost in retirement, suddenly 'kill themselves' while alone, and with a bullet to the head in numbers not seen before in that department.
You clearly are unable to consider outside factors and details available for the taking. You would have done well to be a lower level military, (I'm following orders, Sir!) but not a leader who must look at the big picture and try and figure out how to save his men by analysing ALL DETAILS as to why things changed and why these men felt compelled to end it all suddenly.
