Be grateful. These people will wear a face mask while driving a car, and wear it in public; they are literally waving a sign that says "I am very stupid, I am incapable of independent thought, and will do what I am told, without regard to myself, my family, my comfort or common sense".
What an awesome warning device. Now you know from 100 yards away, whom you do NOT want to associate with, who you do not want to get to know, and who you should refrain from further socializing with.
Other signs are men who dress like women, and visa versa, people with tattoos all over their face, people with known drug and gang affiliations and liberals. These people are doing us all a favor.

Also, if you are doing some local political analysis, just look around. How people vote is right on their faces. Or not. Fortunately, more and more not.

is it bad to do a "pit maneuver" on a masked driver when they're the only one in their car?? clearly they're not mentally able to then operate a motor vehicle and it would be safer to have them removed from traffic. asking for a friend.....
These people are useful.
Put them in camps and assign them simple repetitive jobs. Things like making products (soap, dinnerware, clothing) or in manual labor like mining, data entry, etc. They won't question the narrative. And when they're all worn out, bring in new ones.
