Whenever I see MSM, I assume what they say, the opposite is true.
I agree that is where my mind goes as well. Would hate to lose my investment, but they seem to be trying to take it down, just need a big win to bring it back up and beyond its peak of the year.

It's a massive short and distort.
Some of the "distort" is simple to prove false. For example, Billy Boozer didn't quit and there was nothing in the 10K about issues with the proposed merger.

I have a decent size investment into DWAC. Invested in Trump. They are claiming it may not merge with Truth Social. What do you think? Are they trying to get us to jump ship? If DWAC not merged with TS what is it?
Personally, I believe they are trying to tank the stock so they push this theory. They lie all the time, that is what they do. I am sticking with DWAC.
This article is nothing more than a reiteration of the Kerrisdale statement, which itself had no new information on DWAC. The Kerrisdale statement was nothing more than propaganda to tank the stock they had gone heavy short on.
Fuckery, on top of fuckery. No evidence, just more of The Matrix at work. Personally I think the Kerrisdale statement was probably illegal. There has to be some law against purposeful and blatant propaganda to tank the stock you went short on, even if it's never been enforced.
