Forcing "authentication" in an ID sense has all sorts of problems associated with it. Indeed, it is exactly this "sensible" solution that is the current pathway to taking over the world. It is a non-trivial thing.
Further, if the "authentication" also allows this information to be available to anyone, it can cause an incredible amount of problems, substantially limiting speech due to social pressure, and allowing for the discounting or amplification of what someone says based on who they are not what they are saying. This also is exactly the pathway currently being employed to take over the world.
If you can't get rid of bots, then bots will rule the world. This ALSO is the path currently being employed to take over the world.
