Q distinguishes between the enemy of the people and the enemy of humanity. An Invisible enemy of humanity. At very least it's referring to the few who are so far gone they've lost their humanity, and we aren't aware of who they are. At worst- the V miniseries in the 80's was a documentary. That would put 99% of the population in the hospital.

This story is a trip but let's not be naive. Genesis 6:1-4 says the fallen angels mated with the daughters of the tribe of Cain. (the first earthly murderer) And they had offspring that were giants in comparison to men. So there's your sauce. As for articles like this, it leads me to believe we are dealing with powers and principalities beyond our comprehension.
