From the article:
Disney received a special privilege that nobody else received from the State of Florida. Florida is now removing that special privilege. It should have been done long ago, regardless of the corporate executives' insane ideas about indoctrinating children.
Hobby Lobby opposed the idea that they should be compelled by the federal government (via "Obamacare") to provide contraception to their employees. They said it violated their religious freedom. The court was right that they should not be mandated by the government, but not because of religious freedom. The federal government has no constituational authority to mandate health insurance for the private sector -- at all.
So, she is wrong on both sides of her claim.
She ain't much of a "constitutional attorney" if she can't figure that out.
Actually it is a positive thing that Disney is voluntarily revealing their true beliefs. And yes they have a Constitutional right to do so.
At the same time, if State and Local Governments can convey special privileges to corporations, it can also retract them. Especially if those priveleges might be leveraged to circumvent the will of the citizens.
