There is no constitutional authority to intervene in this at all.
If somebody thinks she committed a crime, they should prosecute and THEN if she is convicted, they can talk about preventing her from holding office via the 14th Amendment.
Otherwise, the Constitution determines eligibility to hold office, not a judge.
