I had to do a search to find out what they're laughing about because I'm not one, either. Kek.

Since their first appearance, the numbers 14 and 88, have had great symbolic importance to white supremacist groups. 1488 is a combination of the 14 words and 88, a numerical code for "HH" or "Heil Hitler," because "H" is the eighth letter in the English alphabet.
