Of course, it’s frustrating that the EAC didn’t catch it, but this happens all the time as well.
I get it that people want something to chew on, but for this to be meaningful, intent must be proven. It must be shown that the erroneous code wasn’t just a mistake, and/or that the EAC knew the mistake was there and validated it anyway.
