I posted this yesterday in one of my responses to someone asking what does this event mean (referring to the scotus leak). I believe this could be part of the riots we know to be coming. My other thought is RED4 wont be until AFTER midterms when the red dominance happens OR extreme voter fraud is caught and acted on flipping it from blue to red victory. These are the two major things I see riots sparking from.
