Yes, it's sickening. Every company and university I know of has at least one, sometimes an entire OFFICE, of people designated as Regulatory Compliance people, whose sole task is to comb through these endless regulations to keep their bosses out of jail.
And although laws are created by Congress, the many little faceless and unelected bureaucrats who churn out regulations (laws by another name) are really usurping the responsibility of Congress.
If the people aren't expected to understand the "rules", the oughtn't be expected to follow them. The Golden Rule... The Constitution... That's all that's really needed...
Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many Citizens, because of their respect for what appears to be law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their rights due to ignorance.”

I was working for a general contractor during the Obama administration and we had to pay to take a class and get tested on how to properly handle boards contaminated with lead based paint in order to be able to legally paint a house.
I could have aced the test with a 100% score without even taking the class because I have this thing called common sense. However, the law required us to pay for the class in order to obtain the license, and the class consisted of 15 or so Powerpoint slides read out loud by a fat fuck in a monotone who looked like he never worked a real job a day in his life.
The most ridiculous part other than the cost of the training (my boss paid for it but still) is we only worked on new construction and lead paint has been banned since the Carter Administration, so all the expense and loss of a day of our lives was absolutely pointless to begin with.
But, without that certification, we each could have been fined up to $5000.
Guaranteed the illegals competing with us for construction bids didn't have the cert and never were in danger of getting fined.
That is a Dictatorship disguised as elected officials…
Trump was the first to move them backwards with a 2 out 1 in policy. Two had to be cut for ever new one added. This a REAL LEADER OF THE PEOPLE
True!
Here, here...Preach on!
