I remember about 15 or 20 years ago when there was a big struggle for who was going to control Disney. One of the guys died in the plane accident. IIRC the other was of a certain religious persuasion.
Frank G. wells died in a helicopter accident in the early, mid 90s. It was suspicious AF in the sense that it was rumored back then that there was going to be a coup against Micheal Eisner. The internet was in it's infancy back then and any "real" discussion of his death on BBS boards has long been purged.
The Disney Co. quickly named a building on the main lot in Burbank after Wells. He was beloved by people that worked close with him.
