Stunning to see a Court actually uphold Constitutional protections in a case involving the SEC, and as MAGULQ's meme suggests . . . this needs to become a trend. There must be, oh, at least a few other federal agencies that have been trampling our rights in similar fashion.
Holy shit. I just realized this could potentially reach all the way down to the local level. Petty bureacrats at the city and county level will no longer be able to pull this shit either, right?
A lot of implications but I'm not sure exactly how it would impact the Musk/Twitter deal. Basically most executive branch agencies have been running in-house judicial systems in violation of the Constitution. If the IRS or others want to enforce regulations it should be hashed out in a court of law, not the agency biased backroom. The ruling also said Congress gave legislative power to executive agencies in violation of Article I of the Constitution, so potentially the power of the agencies to make rules/regulations is threatened. Interesting times.🐸

Every. Single. One.

Right! And if they try, you can sue them in federal court and also demand a trial by jury for your case!

Two words.
JURY
NULLIFICATION
So what does this actually mean in the real world? I'm assuming this has some relevance to Musk and Twitter.
