Q post 1288(above) also states that Bill Priestap and Peter Strzok are cooperating witnesses. I imagine Lisa incriminated the whole crew.
So when Lisa Page's attorney comes home after work and tells her husband(Judge Cooper), "Hi Honey, my client just testified today and incriminated the CIA, FBI and the State Department in an attempt to take down our sitting President", its presumable that Cooper already knows all the fine details. I don't think there is anything Cooper can do to change the outcome of this trial if the evidence is solid, nor would he try.
Q post 36:
If Trump failed, if we failed, and HRC assumed control, we as Patriots were prepared to do the unthinkable (this was leaked internally and kept the delegate recount scam and BO from declaring fraud).
I think the "unthinkable" in the above statement was a military coup. The possibility of a military coup was intentionally leaked internally and I am sure the deep state knew this was not just some idle threat.
When Q says the military was the only way, he may mean they are using them as leverage, go along with the Trump/Q plan or else. The prosecution of the deep state will proceed forward. Trump will use all the legal channels to accomplish this and if at any point this process is hindered, the military WILL step in.
I think the Durham indictment / Grand Jury process will proceed quickly, the evidence is cut and dry. They will fall one after another moving up the chain of command leading to the grand prize, Hillary Clinton and her foundation.
Based on Q drops, the evidence was gathered several years ago and the process has been postponed till today, we are about to witness the waterfall.

So the guilty parties are now cooperating witnesses. All cut a deal and get off for ratting each other out. So much for "no deals"
