Little green corn seed? What is that? Corn seeds are not green? "Evergreen"?
It's treated with crap to make it grow the way the farmer wants it to and to make it more disease resistant and pest resistant and whatnot.
Most likely copper. Fungicide.
It's a coating to 1. Keep the seeds from sticking together for planting and 2. Helps the seed to retain moisture for germination.
Thanks. I am familiar with that on grass and carrot seeds. Was not aware that it was on corn.
