Yes there is no point complaining. That's the beta and lefty way.
The general process is: Identify a problem, form some solutions, bring them to the team, brainstorm, get more input, finalize solutions, implement.
If you examine the beta/lefty way on reddit they are masters at identifying problems but not much else.
