I was noticing the same thing. If they stop carrying phones to avoid detection, we can put weight sensors under the ground in front of the ballot boxes and catch them easily. The extra weight can set off a video camera. Also, we can detect when the earth shifts because of the extra weight in front of the boxes. Endless possibilities.
