I am 65 and have been a fan of BTS since their debut. They are extremely talented songwriters and producers whose message resonates with all ages and it has given me the opportunity to learn the language. Given their fan base, I was not at all surprised that someone from the White House invited them to come here.... it is an election year and distractions are needed. I can only imagine the cost to taxpayers and after Texas, I would think keeping a focus on gun control would be the agenda so the timing is strange. I wonder if BTS realizes most of the anti-asian hate crimes are committed by blacks?....I hoped they had learned their lesson after their 2 million un-trackable donation to BLM. Frankly, I believe it is their new label, HYBE America, who is trying to get them involved in American politics. Can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am. It won't be the first time I've had to walk away from music I love because of the group's politics (DMB, Mraz, etc)...just didn't think it would happen with Koreans.
You may want to read up on what CDAN has posted about BTS. They are degenerates involved in sex trafficking. They've also tried to but heads with Q in the past, too. Bunch of dancing retards.
"Enty" is supposedly an entertainment lawyer in Hollywood (I suspect it's more than one person) who operates the CDAN blog: crazydaysandnights.net. This site warned everyone of Harvey Weinstein's depravity before that journalist ever broke the story. CDAN has covered BTS often.
thank you very much. I'm interested to read what they have to say. I once read that BTS was all too perfect in looks and talent and they were just an AI/Hologram money maker :)
Long story short, Harvard was counting the SAT scores of all Asian race school applicants as a lower point value than their actual scores- only because they were Asian. Students sued for discrimination, and the establishment (tha man) put them down.
I would positively love to see a popular asian band put old Joe on the spot with this case, in a high publicity environment. It would be glorious to behold.
It sure would,,,,,but these Asians are too polite to put anyone, especially someone of authority, on the spot like that. Still, they may respectfully find a way. Interestingly, the leader of the group, Kim NamJoon, has an IQ of 148 and scored in the top 1% of the nation on his college entrance exams. I don't know if he applied to any colleges or not, or was rejected by any or not. Would be nice to know.

I'd be interested in reading this information, but am not familiar with where to find it...would you mind giving me links?

Perhaps someone could find a way to get the band to call attention to a grave injustice that was committed against the US asian population recently?
